Returns

Can I return my NCC product?

Yes, returns are accepted only if you received the wrong product or it arrived damaged during delivery.

How soon should I raise a return request?

You must raise the request within 48 hours of order delivery.

Is an unboxing video required for return approval?

Yes, a continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory. Requests without it will not be processed.

Exchange / Replacement

When can I apply for an exchange or replacement?

Exchange/Replacement is allowed only for wrong items delivered or delivery damage.

How long does it take to dispatch a replacement?

Replacement is dispatched within 2–3 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.

What if the product is out of stock for replacement?

If out of stock, a full refund will be processed instead.

How long does refund processing take?

Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after approval.

Will I get a refund for orders placed by mistake?

No, refunds are not applicable for wrong size, wrong item, or change of mind orders.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.

Yes, we deliver NCC products to cadets across India through trusted courier partners.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after successful payment.

Delivery Issues

How many delivery attempts are made by the courier team?

A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made.

What happens if delivery fails after two attempts?

The parcel will be returned to us, and refunds are not issued for failed delivery due to unavailability or no response.

We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect address or unreachable contact number. Please ensure details are correct at checkout.

What if the order is already shipped and returns due to buyer fault?

If the order returns due to buyer issue (wrong address, refusal, unavailability), the to-and-fro courier + handling charges will be deducted, if refund is approved
