📦 Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are shipped within 2–4 working days from the date of successful payment.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 4–10 working days after dispatch.

⛔ Note: Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as festivals, extreme weather, strikes, or courier delays. We will do our best to keep you updated in such cases.

🏠 Delivery Process

We recommend that you or someone authorized by you be available at the delivery address to receive the package during the courier's delivery hours, which are typically between 9 AM and 6 PM IST.

  • A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made.

  • If both attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to us.

  • You may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery (depending on the situation).

  • No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a cart value above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹99 is applicable for orders with a cart value below ₹999 based on shipping location.
